C4U Circle
This is a support space for people living with chronic illness who want real conversation, easy connection, and the option to just exist around others who get it.
Each session has a different theme and includes a low pressure creative activity. Something reflective, expressive, or just fun. You do not need to be an artist or share anything out loud. Just show up as you are.
You can sign up for one session at a time, no ongoing commitment. Sessions are held on Google Meet and led by Ila Oxman (@chronic4u).
Disclaimer: Ila is not a licensed therapist. She holds a bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Psychology and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. This group is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
Session 2: Wheel of Coping
Date: June 29
Time: 3PM EST
Location: Google Meet
Price: $10 (use code C4U10 if needed)
Living with a chronic illness is hard, and even when we know what helps, it’s easy to forget our own tools in the moment. In this session, we’ll each create a Wheel of Coping — a visual reminder of what supports us when things feel tough.
We’ll share ideas, talk through what’s been helpful (or not), and maybe even discover some new strategies from each other. Whether it’s a go-to show, a grounding routine, a sensory comfort, or a mindset shift, everything counts.
This is a low pressure space to connect, reflect, and create something you can actually use in your real life.
🖍️ What to bring:
• The printable worksheet (or a blank piece of paper)
• Something to write or draw with
• Your honest self, however you’re showing up that day
No art skills required. No pressure to share if you don’t want to. Just come as you are.
Why is there a fee?
C4U Circle sessions take time, creativity, and energy to design, promote, and lead, especially as someone living with chronic illness. The fee helps make these gatherings sustainable so I can continue offering meaningful, well thought out spaces for connection and support.
