C4U Circle

This is a support space for people living with chronic illness who want real conversation, easy connection, and the option to just exist around others who get it.

Each session has a different theme and includes a low pressure creative activity. Something reflective, expressive, or just fun. You do not need to be an artist or share anything out loud. Just show up as you are.

You can sign up for one session at a time, no ongoing commitment. Sessions are held on Google Meet and led by Ila Oxman (@chronic4u).

Disclaimer: Ila is not a licensed therapist. She holds a bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Psychology and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. This group is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Our first 2 sessions are all about celebrating who you are beyond your symptoms. We will be making Spoonie Self Portraits, a creative and playful activity that invites you to reflect on your traits, strengths, comforts, and quirks. Think of it like a trading card version of yourself, with zero pressure and full permission to be messy or weird. You can draw, collage, write, or just hang out and listen.

While we create, we’ll talk, get to know each other, and share what’s been going on in our lives. It’s a space for support, reflection, and coping together—whatever that looks like for you. Digital materials will be sent to help guide the activity.

This session is about expression, connection, and reminding yourself that you are a whole person, not just a diagnosis.
